2. Order Formation & Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance by MSF. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance; acceptance occurs when MSF dispatches the product. MSF reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any legitimate reason (including suspected fraud, stock error, or pricing mistake) and will notify you by email/phone
3. Prices & Taxes
Prices shown are in INR. Applicable taxes (GST) and shipping charges will be shown at checkout. MSF may revise prices at any time prior to acceptance of your order.
4. Payments
We accept online payments (cards, UPI, netbanking) and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; MSF is not responsible for failures or delays caused by payment gateways.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates. MSF is not liable for delays caused by carriers, force majeure, or incorrect customer address. Please inspect the package at the time of delivery. If you accept a package without recording visible damages, MSF’s ability to process claims for transit damage may be limited.
6. Product Information
MSF maintains reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy of product details. Natural products (e.g., willow) may show variations in grain, color, and weight within stated tolerances. Minor differences do not constitute defects.
7. Limitation of Liability
MSF’s liability for any claim related to the product or service (contract, tort, negligence) shall be limited to the price paid for the relevant product. MSF shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
8. Intellectual Property

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh.
